This meeting is designed to enable Strategic Ventures to first fully understand the client’s strategic goals, internalize their competitive advantage and understand the types of resources needed to achieve their growth objectives. Since the most highly prized candidates are usually realizing success in their current positions, Strategic Ventures recruits them through this disciplined executive search process:

  • Develop a Strategic Search Plan which includes:

  • Project Timeline

  • Candidate Profile

  • Candidate vetting questionnaire

  • Target list of companies where qualified candidates are currently employed

  • Develop a Career Opportunity Profile (COP) used in generating interest with qualified “passive” candidates

  • Recruit candidates according to the ethical guidelines issued by the International Association for Corporate & Professional Recruitment (IACPR)

  • Deliver weekly executive search status report

  • Present unique Candidate Profile for each viable candidate which includes:

  • Summary of candidate's qualifications, career goals and observations
