- Develop a Strategic Search Plan
- Develop candidate vetting questionnaire
- Develop a Career Opportunity Profile (COP) used in generating interest with qualified “passive” candidates
- Contact members of Strategic Ventures' proprietary Ambassador Group to identify the best resources to fill the position
- Deliver to the client a regular status report
- Present unique Candidate Profile for each viable candidate which includes:
— Summary of candidate's qualifications, career goals and observations
— Develop a Career Opportunity Profile (COP) used in
generating interest with qualified “passive” candidates
— Candidate resume
— Completed candidate vetting questionnaire
- Coordinate interviews between client and candidates
- Debrief candidates after interviews and provide feedback to client
- Conduct detailed reference checks on the most promising candidates
- Provide the client with a written summary of reference checks
- Consult with the client on final candidate selections
- Provide resignation consultation to selected candidates to help address transition anxiety or counter offers from their current employers
- Provide post placement consultation to alert client to potential candidate transition issues
