Strategic Ventures already maintains a relationship with many of the most successful enterprise application consultants in North America.  Therefore, generating a consistent flow of these candidates can often start within a few weeks after the completion of the Strategic Search Plan.
 

Since most executive search firms are restricted from recruiting candidates from their current or recent clients, how does this affect Strategic Ventures effectiveness?

Strategic Ventures will not recruit candidates employed with current or recent clients.  However, as a boutique firm, Strategic Ventures only provides services to a limited number of enterprise application consultancies.  This select clientele enables Strategic Ventures to have unrestricted access to senior candidates from the majority of global enterprise application consultancies.

Members of our leadership team have previously owned and operated enterprise application consultancies.  Their solid understanding of this business model enables them to quickly evaluate the client’s business needs and culture.
