PETER T. DUFLO, Managing Partner,
has over 25 years of leadership experience in the
enterprise applications consulting industry. During this
time, Peter has worked as director of operations for a
global ERP consulting company, as principal of multiple
ERP consultancies, leader of an (ERP-centric) M&A
advisory firm and as Managing Partner of Strategic
Ventures. This broad expertise in the enterprise
consulting world enables Peter, and the Strategic
Ventures’ team, access to a deep network of proven
candidates with consulting backgrounds.
Peter is based in Connecticut and is a graduate of
LeMoyne College, Syracuse, NY, where he earned degrees

MIKE FEENEY, Partner,
has over 25 years of enterprise applications consulting
experience that combines executive search, strategic
consulting, merger and acquisition consulting,
operations, and marketing. On behalf of Strategic
Ventures, Mike has spearheaded projects with Big-4
firms, global IT services companies, and rapidly growing
midsized companies. Prior to joining Strategic Ventures,
Mike was a principal at Fifth Business, a strategic
marketing services firm and was Senior Vice President at
PowerCrew, an enterprise applications consulting
company. Mike has also held senior management,
consulting, and marketing leadership positions at
Powersoft, Pivotpoint, and Unisys. Mike is based in the
Boston area and has a BS degree in Computer Science from
